ABOUT WATCH MAKING IN CHINA
Watches have united China and Europe in a long history of mutual fascination for several centuries with Europe's finest watch houses crafting their timepieces tailored to the Chinese market. Chinese preference for mechanical movements and ornate design directly influenced the development of intricate mechanical movements by Swiss and German Manufacturers since the eighteenth century, which has led to the billion dollar luxury watch industry of today.
