As well as awareness, you can influence the things that you experience as your own self through the mechanism of your brain. You’ve already seen that you are more than just the physical body you perceive and this means that you can influence the whole universe and cause it to change it’s informational content to match your desires. It is this process that lets you use intention to manifest your desires.
